Because of some significant changes that have happened in my life in the last few months, like graduating college, getting my first job and turning 22, I figured that another big change wouldn't hurt. So finally, after weeks of contemplating, I just went and made myself a blog.

This is my second venture into the realm of blogging, as I used to share a blog with someone else. That didn't last very long, though; it was quite difficult to think of what we could write about while keeping the posts cohesive. It was a boy-girl thing, and stuff happened, so there. And now, flying solo, this will most likely be a personal blog, because I think I need to open myself more to people (because I'm kinda socially awkward, IMHO) and I don't think I can write about just one thing.

But just a heads-up: I easily get obsessed over certain things for long periods of time. Currently, my life revolves around makeup and shopping, so I might be posting quite a lot about my latest purchases, reviews, wishlists and whatnot. I'm also into books, music, television and movies, so expect a little sum-sumthin' on those as well. However, I'm really not one to follow trends - never have, and most likely never will - so most of my posts might probably be considered late. Think glacial, but I'll really try to keep my posts accurate and relevant.

My mom's been nagging me to get some decent sleep, and it's currently three in the morning, so I guess that's it for now. Welcome to my new blog! *happy applause* One last thing: the layout will be boring until I can find a decent theme to stick with (sorry), but in the meantime, have some photos of my vain self. Think of it like a brief history of hair, or a collection of my different faces. Ciao! :)
